Dear God,
     Alive, awake, alert, we come off the spiritual mountain into the valley of humanity unfolding. Feed the hungry, clothe the naked, quench the thirst of the thristy;give that which sustains life and bolsters the soul. Out of our abundance and our options in life, we give to those who need and long. Help us, O God, AMEN

There is an inherent complexity in the design,  and this complex web continues its flow into our veins and cells,  proving once again that we are part of the ongoing order of life. What part do we play? What should we do to in the competition for survival? We ask to be filed with your Spirit of Holiness that provides us with knowledge, insight and wisdom. Lord God,   When in doubt or despair, may your angels hold us on feathered wing, swinging us in silver hammock of loving support. When our stress rises like a morning fog from the swamp of our anxiety, may your breath flow into us like a river spirit and nurture us.  When our heart beats like a hummingbird in flight and our eyes glaze over, may the rhythm of your ancient love beat slowly within us and sustain our bodies in rest and peace. May Jesus sit with us and hold our hand. AMEN
